SHIPPING POLICY

Order Turn-Around-Time

Shipping your order quickly is important to us. Typically in-stock orders ship within 1-2 business days. Please note we reserve the right not to ship any orders for any reason. If your order has a problem and cannot be shipped, you will be contacted.

*Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

All shipping costs will be calculated during checkout.

Canadian Delivery

Registered Canada Post with tracking.

Hold for Pick-up

Pick-up is available from our Brantford, Ontario location at no charge during weekdays by appointment only.

International Delivery

Please note: You are ordering from Canada. We are happy to ship internationally, however, another distributor may be closer to you. When ordering from Canada, any additional taxes, duty and import costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Keeping Track Of Your Order

A shipping confirmation email, including tracking number, will be emailed to you when your order has been shipped. We are committed to providing the best possible service, if you have any questions please contact us.

RETURN POLICY

We have a 15 day return policy.  

Products purchased at regular price may be returned for a full refund within 15 days of the date the item arrived at your door. After 15 days we cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.  

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the 1st Class Kid Travel Pillow for refusal of use by an airline if it is after the 15 days.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@traveltots.ca.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, you will be refunded the cost of the product purchased, and not for any shipping charges. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

As a precaution, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to our commitment to process online orders as quickly as possible, cancellation requests must be submitted within 3 hours from the time of order.

Please send your cancellation request to info@traveltots.ca, or call us at +1-226-227-4147 with your order number.

Please note that sending in a cancellation request does not mean that your order is immediately cancelled. Cancelled orders will be confirmed in writing via email. In the event that your order cannot be cancelled, please refer to the return policy.
